While they were here we did manage to meet up with some current camping buddies of theirs that live in nearby Cerrillos and one friend that they were in a camping club with back in Texas many, many moons ago. She lives in Albuquerque so hopefully they will be able to meet up with her when they visit us again.
Exciting times at the Powell Household... makes you just want to hop a plane and fly right out, doesn't it? :-) Well come on down - we can promise more of the same for your visit. hee hee

To me it's always kind of sad when all the visits and festivities of the holidays is over and everyone goes back home and back to their usual routines.
Yeah, its a bit lonely now. Our foster dog, Pressie, sure misses Jake, although it looked like Jake just pestered her to death the whole time. :-)
